Our servers are here to support all of our customers, with this in mind, our Acceptable Use Policy provides a simple rule base, to ensure all our customers get the most out of their accounts.

These rules are strongly enforced, and we would ask that customers contact us immediately if they feel there is any question as to whether their site may contravene any part of the Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Our servers are here to provide a live production environment for our customers Internet sites. Our servers should never be used to store files, not available for public download (e.g. backups or personal file storage)
   
   
2. We do not accept gaming sites, investment/HYIP sites, undesirable content, illegal sites or sites promoting hatred
   
   
3. Software downloads or MP3 downloads are prohibited where the site owner is not the original recording artist or software producer
   
   
4. The use of our network to send bulk email whether opt-in or otherwise, and the use of bulk email to promote a site on our network is strictly forbidden.
   
   
5. We have a strong anti-SPAM policy, we do not accept sites which advertise through SPAM mails (whether the SPAM was sent through our network or not)
   
   
6. The use of applications which consume excessive CPU time, memory or storage space are prohibited. These include (but are not limited to):
   - Chat/IRC
   - Web proxy
   - Mailing list scripts
   - Streaming media
   - CGI based message forums which use flat file databases (please use a PHP/ASP message forum)
   - Web cam applications which maintain a constant FTP connection
   
   
7. We are not able to provide damages or compensation for any lose of earnings of other impact caused by the delivery of, or failure of, hosting on your account. In extreme cases of continious outage, we will, at our discretion, offer a pro-rated refund of hosting period of the outage.

Any site found to be in breach of the Acceptable Usage Policy will be removed and disconnected without warning or refund. We may support legal proceedings against any site deemed to be in breach of the law.
