What information does BeachyUK collect?
We collect:
- User Counts - For statistical purposes a basic count of the
number of hits on the site is collected. We also count the number of
clicks on various links, such as download links. These counts are a
simple figure, no individual user data is stored with them.
- Registration Information - Registered Users of any BeachyUK
product or service will provide basic information upon registration.
This data is stored, along with the date of registration and IP address of the requestor. Some BeachyUK
products or services may allow the Registrat to change or add to these
details, this data will also be stored.
- Error Reports - No site works perfectly and to maintain a quality
service we need to store information on site errors. This means, any
dead links to images or pages you experience will form an automatic
report including the time of the error, the error itself and the IP
address of the user (so we can determine if the same user is experiencing
multiple issues).
- Contact Requests - When you use our Support ticket system, the information is stored, along with the IP address of the requestor, and time of the query.
How is this data used?

by BeachyUK is used to either provide statistic information, or to enable

addresses) to any third party, unless:

* Where a third party
is used to provide a service, BeachyUK will ensure they agree to handle
your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

made available to third parties does not identify the user (e.g. number
